Acceptable Use Policy

1. Make your own brand, not someone else's

Candles and seals you make with our kits are yours to enjoy, gift or sell under your own name. You may not:

• counterfeit, imitate or pass off branded fragrance or candle houses (for example Yankee Candle, Diptyque or similar) — including their names, scents-by-name, packaging or logos;
• reproduce trademarked logos or copyrighted artwork on candles, labels or seals;
• misrepresent our craft materials as a finished branded product.

2. Designs & motifs

The stamps and moulds we supply use public-domain letterforms and geometric / honeycomb motifs. Use these freely. If you add your own artwork, make sure you have the right to use it.

3. No therapeutic or food claims

Fragrance oils are supplied for candle making only. Do not market anything you make as aromatherapy, medicinal, wellness or food. Our materials are non-food craft supplies.

4. Safe and lawful use

Use the kits as instructed and in line with our Safety Information. Don't use them in any way that is unsafe or unlawful where you live, and always supervise children.

5. Reselling our kits

Reselling unopened kits is fine. If you build the kits into your own product, sell the result under your own brand and take responsibility for its safety and labelling.

We may refuse or cancel orders that appear intended to breach this policy.
